Nigerians react as Davido meets and carries WizKids mum’s bag at the Airport [Watch Video]
Photos have shown Nigerian top-class musician, Davido carrying the bags of the supposed mother of fellow pinnacle Nigerian Artiste, Wizkid, with remarks such as ‘She is such an amazing woman’ being made on Twitter by Davido, following the encounter.
Word among many Nigerians, as well as strong 30BG boys(fans of Davido) and Machala (called Wizkid FC in the streets, supposedly Wizkid’s fanbase) is that the two artistes don’t see eye to eye.
This supposed quarrel has many times been a factor that ‘split Nigeria in two’, has seen bants hit both artistes from the ‘toxic’ fans, with their music abilities, lifestyle and so on being targeted areas.
However, the latest ‘development’ if you call it that, sparked mixed reactions from each fanbase, some taking it to be a form of peace making, and some implying by their statements that peace is never an option.
Davido for one tweeted ‘Such an amazing woman… God bless you ma… D way I was carrying mommy’s bags today at the airport… dem go know say nah First class citizen’ concerning the encounter.
